The service
CORTEX is a marketing automation platform that helps teams research, create, and prepare marketing campaigns. Predictions and scores shown in CORTEX are estimates, not guarantees of results.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity in your workspace. You must have the right to connect any social or advertising account you link to CORTEX.
Your content
You keep ownership of your brand materials and the content you create with CORTEX. You grant us permission to process it only to provide the service.
Acceptable use
Do not use CORTEX to create unlawful, misleading, or infringing content, or to violate the policies of Meta or any other platform you connect.
Ads and spending
CORTEX never launches ads or spends budget without your explicit approval. You are responsible for campaigns you approve and for charges from ad platforms.
Ending your use
You may stop using CORTEX at any time and request deletion as described in our data deletion instructions.
