User Data Deletion Instructions

Option 1 — Disconnect inside CORTEX

1. Sign in to CORTEX.
2. Open Brand Brain from the side menu.
3. In the Instagram panel, click Disconnect.

This immediately deletes your stored Instagram access token and connection details.

Option 2 — Remove CORTEX from Facebook

1. Go to Facebook Settings & privacy → Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites (under Security / Business integrations).
3. Find CORTEX and click Remove.

This revokes CORTEX's access to your Facebook and Instagram data.

Option 3 — Request full deletion by email

Email support@cortexcreate.com with the subject “Data deletion request” from the email address on your account. We will delete your account, workspace data, connected-account data, video analyses, and generated content within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Instagram account ID, username, and access token
• Analyses of your Instagram posts and videos, and your learned style profile
• Brand information, campaigns, and generated creative
• Your CORTEX account and profile
